Workout DVD Review – Turbo Jam

    I do my cardio 4- 5 times a week like the normal gym goer.  I admit that I get bored of my old routine and I frequently change machines and throw in hikes now and then.  To mix things up even more, I got the “Turbo Jam” DVD that comes with weighted gloves.  This DVD was totally worth the money!!!

    As a trainer; it’s hard to impress me (as you have seen through previous reviews).  This kickboxing DVD was great and it got my heart rate up quick!  The “Learn and Burn” DVD shows all of the “signature moves” and teaches you step by step.  So if you are getting bored of your old cardio routine, check out the website for this DVD (it’s not sold in stores) at Beachbody.com.  With so many routines to chose from, you won’t get bored and when you feel like turning it up a notch you can strap on the gloves for a more intense workout. 

     Summer is definately on it’s way… so spice up your routine and look great for the sunny months!
