While fishing around on the web I saw this exercise and was immediately sucked into the video. I knew that his guy had hit on a gold mine when it comes to obliques and lateral ab exercise. It’s simple, fun, and very effective. If your ready to elongate, strength, and define your obliques then it’s time you started doing this exercise.
Trainer Tip: Warning to desk workers, start out with the band short, as you get stronger and gain more flexability you can then lengthen the band.

While this exercise looks simple, you can see that this trainer is struggling to get through a set! However, I would trade this oblique ab exercise standing up for one laying down any day!!
