      Leave it to a celebrity to make an old balance tool a “cool” and “in” fitness toy.  This balance gear has been used for years in gyms and physical therapy offices.  As with many balancing tools; it helps to strengthen the core, build up stabilizing muscles, increase calorie burning, and tighten up tendons in lax joints.
