This exercise is one of my personal favorites. It actively stretches your hips and I.T. band as you move. This glute exercise is also excellent for isolating this one particular muscle group.

Primary Muscle Group: Glutes (butt)
Secondary Muscle Group: calves, hamstrings, outer thighs, quads
This is a great exercise for anyone!! If you feel unstable while preforming it place yourself next to a wall for extra stability and protection. If you don’t feel the burning sensation in the side of your glute then you are preforming the exercise wrong and you need to watch the video again. Feel free to write in with any questions you may have as well. Getting back in shape shouldn’t take you 6 months. If you know the right exercises it could take a matter of weeks!
