Among the many body weight exercises, push ups are one of the best full body exercises you can do.  There are hundreds of variations of this classic move.  This is one of Bob Harper’s Favorites.  If you aren’t in the shape you once were, Bob offers adaptions to help everyone achieve their fitness goes.  That’s Fit, one of our favorite websites, let us in on this great video.

Add this to your routine to get instant results.  Since this exercise is considered a full body exercise, it has the ability to burn a large amount of calories in the least amount of time.
