Boost Your Testosterone The Natural Way

This article goes out to the men reading Fit Tip Daily.  However, this could be very beneficial to the women readers as well.  Testosterone is a key ingredient in both men and women.  For men, it gives them an overall feeling of well being, increased muscle mass, drive in a competitive market, and of course pheromones.

While increasing testosterone has several positive affects physically, it also aides in mental balance.  Obviously it has great benefits in the bedroom as well.

A good friend of mine let me in on a formula to increase male testosterone.  He says it’s helped him to gain muscle, attract the ladies (with pheromones), alleviate depression, and increase endurance and stamina.

NATURAL WAY TO INCREASE TESTOSTERONE

    * Once In The Morning and Once At Night 

  • 3 Brazil Nuts
  • 2 Fermented Cod Liver Oil / Butter Oil Capsules (combination pills from “Green Pasture’s Blue Ice Royal)
  • 5,000 IUs Vitamin D3
     Date Night Boost
  • The night before – eat 4 whole eggs.
  • Right Before Date – 4 Brazil Nuts, 20 almonds.  This will temporarily increase testosterone for extra manliness 😉
     Whether this information is for you or your loved one, it has the ability to correct the balances of life.  If you need a little more help there are also herbal pills to give you that extra boost.  However, this daily trick seems give men the edge they need.
