Fitness can be get boring regardless of how many times you change it up.  Mario Godiva Green is a Master Trainer for a new innovative class called Kangoo Jumps.  The band loaded spring shoes allow participants to jump their way to better fitness while preforming unimaginable moves that could only be preformed with a little extra help from these moon shoes / ski boots.

The spring loaded shoes provide gravity defying height as well as shock absorption and resistance.  The boots also provide cushion to your joints and spine which reduce impact by 80%.    This workout  can burn up to 50% more calories then a workout done without the boots.

Unfortunately for us, you can only take this class in NY City at the moment.  However, I am sure this craze will sweep the nation in no time flat!  For all our Fit Tip Daily clients in New York, we have a special discount for Kangoo Jump classes.
