Can Weight Loss Forums Help You Shed Pounds?

Going to the gym, working out, and eating right seem like 3 simple things that people can do to lose weight.  However, not everyone has the motivation to stay on track and eat right 100% of the time.  Talking with friends and family about your journey to lose weight can help to keep you on track, but having buddies who are on the same path can help keep you motivated.  Forums allow people to “vent” about their struggles and can be very therapeutic when you hit a plateau or a break in your progress.  As a trainer, I know that people need this kind of help and they need someone to talk things through with.  Even if you are on the right path support from others is necessary to keep you going.  Here are some great forums to get involved in …

I currently hold a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (exercise science), as well as all of the certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine.     Thank you very much for your helpful post! Men and woman always complain why they couldn't get rid of fat or get a better shape.
