Well, we are in luck, because Sandra Bullock recently revealed her Gravity work out regiment and it includes: Dancing,dancing and more DANCING!!!!
Sandra Bullock’s body in Gravity looked, Ri-Di-Cu-Lous! That was because she was dancing/training everyday.
I would dance everyday if I knew that I would get a Sandra Bullock body.
Disclaimer: Sandra Bullock not only danced EVERYDAY, and sometimes in between takes. I know this can be a bit challenging with a 9-5, kids and a love life. So let’s find a dance work out that works for everyone!
