I DO!

Well, we are in luck, because Sandra Bullock recently revealed her Gravity work out regiment and it includes: Dancing,dancing and more DANCING!!!!

Sandra Bullock’s body in Gravity looked, Ri-Di-Cu-Lous! That was because she was dancing/training everyday.

I would dance everyday if I knew that I would get a Sandra Bullock body.

Disclaimer: Sandra Bullock not only danced EVERYDAY, and sometimes in between takes. I know this can be a bit challenging with a 9-5, kids and a love life. So let’s find a dance work out that works for everyone!

Now, Sandra Bullock is able to afford Simone De La Rue, this Aussie is known to have a high intensity cardio class, this is what a “Body By Simone” gets you:

Yeah, I know, me wanty too!

But since we all don’t get paid like Sandra Bullock, yet!(Wiping tears off my chin.)

Fit Tip Dance Workout #3: IntenSati! This class is 45 minutes of classic aerobics, martial arts, and dance moves for a high-intensity, heart-pumping workout, all performed while repeating back the positive affirmations that the instructor shouts.
