While watching numerous seasons of dancing with the stars, I have noticed that the celebrities (that continue on to the end) lose huge amounts of weight! In this season, they actually told some of the stars they would have to GAIN weight or else they would dwindle down to nothing (due to the increased activity). So if you are tired of the gym and “traditional” exercise then maybe dancing could be a great form of exercise for you!

I could be wrong, but this dvd might need 2 participants. Unless you want to dance by yourself in your living room! However, for older generations this could be a huge hit!
