Diet Tribe Premieres

     With weight becoming an increasing problem in the U.S. ; the tv networks are cashing in.  With shows out such as the Biggest Loser, Ruby, Celebrity Fit Club, The Half Ton Teen, and much more; they have released a show called “Diet Tribe.”  This new reality show is about friends who work together with 1 trainer to lose weight.  Is this just another weight loss reality show; or something that has potential to inspire millions?  I guess the ratings will show us whether it’s worth watching. 

Cleverly titled DietTribe, the show chronicles how these five women from Southern California alter their lives to lose weight and rely on their supportive friendship to do so. They are helped along by hunky fitness trainer Jessie Pavelka and psychotherapist Stacy Kaiser, a weight-loss reality show veteran who earned her stripes on Celebrity Fit Club (source).

*  The Show is on Monday Nights at 10 pm on Lifetime

    Some people are inspired by books, others by motivational speaker, some by tv programs.  Focus on what inspires you and incorporate it in to your daily life.  This could be what motivates you to get off the coach and into the gym.
