Wun Jo – Could This Exercise Device Be The New “IT Thing” of 2012

What Is A Wun Jo ?

Basically, it’s a bag you fill with water to fling around.  The water doesn’t settle in one area of the bag, it flows with the movement of your body as you swing it about.  Picture a kettle bell, there isn’t a fluid motion to the bell because the metal ball has no fluid properties.  Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the kettle bell but I understand how wanter would be a more natural flowing movement.

Wun Jo

From a trainers perspective, I see the Wun Jo increasing flexibility, posture and core stability.  The videos online convey that as well.  Since, I am used to challenging people during workouts and increasing muscle endurance and strength, I can visualize a whole routine in my head that could go with this equipment.  Tapping into the “muscle factor” of this piece of exercise equipment could open up a whole new chapter for this company.  If you love this fitness tip, share it with your friends and family via our “share” link above.

    I use the wun-jo every day for about 20 minutes and it is a blast. The video that comes with it is really easy to follow. It feels strange at first but you'll get the hang of it easily. check out the video on youtube of the wun-jo being used on the beach in Punta Cana DR. search for Punta Cana Wun-jo.
