Dr. Oz Teaches You How To Have A Virtual Lapband Instantly

The writers and producers for  “The Dr. Oz Show,” are are genius.  They create catchy titles, then draw you in with the information and presentation.  Recently I was sucked into a show at 2 AM as they I watched and waited to find out what a “virtual lapband” really was.

I watched as Paul McKenna worked his magic on the show.   The audience was placed under the “virtual lapband” spell.  Mckenna hypnotized the audience and explained his techniques throughout the program.

Not convinced???   Dr. Oz knew you would be skeptical so he added 3 women to the show that had done the diet hypnosis ahead of time.  Of the 3 women, they all lost weight during the week following the hypnosis.  The weight loss ranged from 3 – 7lbs.  The women also claimed that they COULDN’T over eat because their body simply wouldn’t let them.   They also didn’t feel the need to eat everything on their plates, and one cut their soda intake from 4 to 1 per day.
