I shop at Trader Joe’s all the time sooo when they came out with this gluten free Polenta Provencale; I had to try it! Surprisingly this product remind me of gnocchi. It does have a very light cheese sauce which drives the fat per serving up to 7 grams. However, the carbohydrates are extremely low at 13 grams per serving.
This is a great low calorie, low carb snack to use at night when you need some “comfort food.” I like to put it over Romain lettuce with shredded chicken on top for extra protein. It definitely hits the spot! Here are the nutrition facts for those of use who are watching our calorie intake!
