Even Super Models Gain Weight

      Once a model always a model.  That’s what I assumed.  When I saw this picture of Kathy Ireland I was both shocked and inspired.  For anyone trying to lose weight and stay in shape; this shows the world that NO ONE is perfect.  This Sports Illustrated beauty once graced the covers with her excellent physique and contagious smile.  Now, she’s talking about how she got back in shape and regained her self confidence.

In her latest book, Real Solutions for Busy Moms. Ireland talks about how mothers tend to put everybody else’s needs before their own.
