I know, it may sound gross but it’s definitely NOT. I tried the bacon salt first; I was shocked by the pleasant taste. Next, I tried the Baconnaise; I only need about 1 teaspoon on my turkey wrap to add great flavor. I use the bacon salt on eggs, salads and I even tried it on chicken; it was excellent! Even if you aren’t a big fan of bacon; you will still enjoy that rich smokey flavor of both the salt and the Baconnaise (Mayo). The salt and mayo are both made without bacon. So, if you are on a Kosher diet, you need not worry. The salt is actually low in sodium as well.
* Note: When using the Baconnaise, you don’t need very much. A teaspoon will give you tons of flavor with a third of the calories and fat!
