So maybe you had a rough week; skipped a couple days at the gym and ordered take- out on Wednesday night? Now the weekend is here, so it’s time to make up for slacking off and get back on track.
Since most people don’t work on Saturday and Sunday; these can be deemed your “make -up” days. you can focus all your time and energy on getting exercise in as well as getting some healthy foods in your house for the following week.
When my cleints mess up during the week I just tell them to make sure they make their weekends “count!” This way they can skip the gym once or twice during the week if work, and life gets overwhelming.
So now it’s your turn…. turn up the heat over the weekend and keep your weight loss on track for summer!
