      My clients love lists yet … I never have time to make them… so here is goes..

  1. Chicken Breast with no hormones or added salt. 
  2. Brown rice ( I prefer the already made trader Joe’s one)
  3. Romain Lettuce ( no iceberg, there is no nutritional value)
  4. Galeo’s Meso Cesar Dressing  (must have)
  5. Carlson’s Fish Oil (lemon flavor liquid )
  6. Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon
  7. Brown Rice Protein Shake
  8. Larabars –  Protein Bars
  9. Brown Rice Tortilla ( Trader Joe’s Brand)
  10. Sweet Potatoes
  11. Rice Milk (no sugar added – original flavor)
  12. Variety of vegetables
  13. Brown Rice Pasta

 

      These are things I get every time I go to the store.  Of course, It changes due to the season and any recipes I am going to try.  This is a great base of healthy foods to get  every time you shop.

    Seems Brown Rice is used to make many products. Guess I'll try some of them myself.

    OMGosh Adria, I love you for this article. I do have the Kettlebells at my gym, thought they were the strangest looking thing and didn't know what to do with them. You are a God-Send my friend, thank you, thank you, thank you for your expertise and advice to help all of us. I, for one, am trying these at my gym tomorrow, can't wait. Linda
