This is an excellent tricep (back of the arm) exercise! I do it with my clients at the gym and on my own at home. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t extend your arm completely. Just do your best and over time you will get stronger.
If this exercise is too easy for you, then change your leg position from bent legs to slightly bent. This adds more resistance to the exercise. This article is compliments of Self Magazine’s May issue.
