    The recurrence of food cravings day after day, could be less about your mental state, and more about vitamins.  Most people know that they should be taking a GOOD quality multi- vitamin.  However, very few know that their food cravings are a true signal from their body due to vitamin deficiency.  If you are fighting cravings, then this is the article for you!!!
