Football season is upon us but that doesn’t mean we have to sit on the couch yelling while getting fat.   Use these low carb appetizers to stay lean as you cheer on your favorite team.  They are also gluten free and paleo!   Here’s some of our top picks from Pinterest.

 

 

 Mini Mushroom Hamburger Sliders

Shovel it down these fun low carb appetizers.   This is a stuffed mushroom with ground beef.   It mimics the all time mini slider without the bun.  YUM!
