Get A Boost In 10 Minutes

People today don’t get enough sleep, don’t exercise enough, and consume way too many pre prepared meals.  Therefore, we rely on stimulates such as energy drinks, coffee, and even sugar to give ourselves a boost throughout the day.  What if there was a natural way to get a boost without all these detrimental habits?  The good news is .. THERE IS!

Research is now showing that by exercising only 10 MINUTES you get a  boost for up to an hour!  However, this time frame changes if you are thin, or workout on a consistent basis.  When a marathon runner was analysed it showed that his body got a boost for up to 10 hours.  Scientists also found that the thinner individuals released more of a chemical that controlled blood sugar levels.

If you aren’t on the fit or thin side don’t worry; 10 minutes of exercise will still give you the benefit of increased calorie burning, better mood, and even weight loss.  In a perfect world, we would exercise for endless amounts of time.  However, if you think you “don’t have time” to exercise, think of this article.  Exercise is good in all forms, even if it’s only 10 minutes per day.  Use your lunch break, or 1o minutes before or after work to put your health first.  Make time for exercise and life with make time for you!
