With a little imagination, boring steamed vegetables can transform into a journey to a different land. Using different spices from around the world not old adds variety, they also introduce new flavors, new cooking ideas, and new combinations. My most recent venture has been to India via spice packets from Sprouts. I’ve been able to enter a whole new flavor of food with some simple recipes based on ancient flavors. The spice packets allow me to make a dish quickly, on a budget and while staying on track for weight loss.
