As children we used to climb, jump, run, and move without a care in the world. As we change into adults our sedentary lifestyle slows us down and ages us. Something as simple as hoping can change your body for the better. Adding any small plyometric movement into your weekly workouts can help you lose weight fast!
Fitness Tips :
*Add 2 of these hoping (plyometric) exercises to your workout routine. Use 3-4 if you are advanced.
*Try to Do then within a routine at least 3 times per week
* WARM-UP!!! Don’t attempt jumping activities without warming up for at least 10 minutes before hand!
