If  you are a “people watcher” then you will see the same people day in and day out at the gym.  If you watch even closer you will see that about 50% of these people never change.  There could be several reasons why this is happening.  One of the main issues is that their food intake hasn’t changed even though they are working out.  However, there are some that don’t have a good idea as to why their routine isn’t working even though they eat correctly.  Here’s the deal…. if you feel you have a routine that isn’t working for you (you must be watching your food intake) then write in to Fit Tip Daily.  You can contact us through email or through our comment at the end of this article.  We will have our professionals analyse it and tell you what is keep you from getting in shape!  Then 2 of them will be posted on the site (we will keep your information private).  What have you got to lose… besides inches and weight !
