Morning: Sprints
Afternoon: Yoga
Night: Bike (30 Minutes)

Cardio Warm Up: Skipping back and fourth
Cardio Warm Up: Marching for 1/2 a mile
- Grape Vines ( 5 Minutes )
- Side Steps With a Hop ( 5 Minutes )
- 200 Meter Sprints (2x)
- 150 Meter Sprints (2x)
- 100 Meter Sprints (2x)
- Stair Jumps (20 Minutes)
Jennifer’s trainer expressed that she really had to work at the sprinting portion of the workouts. After several sessions of sprint training she told Dr. Horrigan (her trainer)
Jennifer just kept getting better and better, taking it day by day. Then one day after sprints, she said, ‘That was right, I got it!,’ and, I said ‘Yes, you did!’
