You always know when a past American idol hits the stage (during the current season), they have a new album being released. So when Kelly Clarkson returned it was no big surprise. This is what she had to say to “OK” Magazine about working out and weight loss.
The two-time Grammy winner dished on her weight and working out to OK Magazine saying,
“I run when I feel like I need to run and de-stress” but she doesn’t regularly work out.”
As for how much weight she’s lost, Kelly says,
“Oh, I haven’t. I’m always the same size. People just get pictures of me in black and I look thinner, and people get pictures of me in white and I look bigger.”
So how does Kelly maintain a postive attitude with her weight constantly being in the spotlight?
“I have a really, really great support system, so I’ve always been like that. But I mean, obviously, I’m humble as well, because there’s a lot of things about which I have no clue.”
