If these exercises seems too advanced for you then try simplifying the moves. If you can’t do a ball crunch with weight then try doing it without the medicine ball. if you aren’t advanced enough to do the plank with a weight on your back (most people aren’t), then do it alone. Don’t rush your repetitions!!! Slow and steady gets you the best results. Research has shown that it’s not the amount of repitions that you do but how long it takes you to do them. Basically, you get results based on the total time you are doing ab exercises not how many you do!
