With summer approaching quickly; the gym is filling up fast and people are in a hurry to lose body fat. So what are you doing to lean up for summer??? Most people are more consistent with their workout. They are eating better foods and watching their calories. However, most people have over looked the age old “Daily Double.”
In high school, “Daily Doubles” were the torture that the coaches made us go through to get in shape FAST. We viewed it as an unnecessary way to weed out the weak and show who was tough enough to make the team. NOW, “daily doubles” are one of the quickest ways to get to your goal.
WHAT ARE DAILY DOUBLES?
Basically, doubles means you workout twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon or evening. In most cases, it means you do cardio twice a day. If you are really ambitious then try doing cardio in the morning and weights and a small portion of cardio at night.
WARNING! This is not for someone who hasn’t been working out regularly. Make sure that you don’t do this more then 5 days a week.
Most of the people that use daily doubles are trying to get ready for a big event OR need to drop inches fast! Also make sure you are eating enough.
