Lose Weight With Protein Pudding

     Everyone gets that nagging voice at night telling them to have something sweet.  Now you can have something to satisfy your sweet tooth while staying on track with your fitness goals.  This combination of pudding and protein keeps the calories, fat, and sugar low; while allowing you to eat something sweet and packed full of filling protein!

1Place 2 cups of fat free milk in a bowl or blender.

Step 12

Add package of Fat Free, Sugar Free, JELLO instant pudding, I prefer chocolate.

Step 23

Add 1-2 scoops of your favorite protein powder.

Step 3 3

Mix with a whisk or blend in your blender until creamy.

Step 4

Pour into bowl and refrigerate for about 5-10 minutes to thicken.

Step 54

Service in your favorite bowls with graham crackers, topped with whipped cream. Or just eat by itself. OH SO GOOD (source)!

*  For an extra high protein snack after your hard workout… try adding another scoop or 2 of protein powder to the recipe!

      If you want to lose weight fast, then cutting carbs at night is the way to go!  This recipe is low calorie and low carb!  Try using one at night and watch the inches melt away!

    Well, she's been reading my mind, too!! And the numbers on my scale! Hopefully this should quiet down that nagging voice at night! It's not helping my weight loss program.
