Makes 9 Servings
1 cup mashed banana (about 2)
2 eggs (pastured if possible)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. coconut milk
½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips – I prefer the “Enjoy Life” Brand
1 cup cocoa powder – Gheridelli is my favorite.
¼ cup honey
½ tsp. baking soda
Instructions for Low Carb Brownies
Instructions Preheat oven to 355 and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
Add everything into your blender with the exception of the baking soda. Once the batter is smooth, pulse the baking soda into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into your prepped baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake low carb brownies for 25 – 30 minutes or until a fork comes out clean.
Let the brownies stand for 10 minutes before removing them from your baking dish.
