Low Carb Brownies – Blend, Bake and Enjoy

If you could follow your clean eating routine and still have a sweet treat, would you?   That’s exactly what I’ve done in the new Body Burn 28 Day Quick Start.   Our new program allows you one sweet treat per day while you follow the delicious meal plans with shopping lists and recipes included!  No more surfing the web every week for recipes or doing circles around the grocery store.  Get in, get out, get lean!  These gluten free, dairy free, flourless, low carb brownies are quick, affordable, and amazing!

Makes 9 Servings 

Ingredients

1 cup mashed banana (about 2)

2 eggs (pastured if possible)

2 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tbsp. coconut milk

½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips – I prefer the “Enjoy Life” Brand

1 cup cocoa powder – Gheridelli is my favorite.

¼ cup honey

½ tsp. baking soda

 

Instructions for Low Carb Brownies

Instructions Preheat oven to 355 and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.

Add everything into your blender with the exception of the baking soda.  Once the batter is smooth, pulse the baking soda into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into your prepped baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake low carb brownies for 25 – 30 minutes or until a fork comes out clean.

Let the brownies stand for 10 minutes before removing them from your baking dish.
