INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 6-8 ice cubes
- 1 large banana (optional)
- 6 oz vanilla yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp of honey, or you can use liquid stevia
- 3 Tbsp milk of your choice
Low Carb Option: Use half a banana and 1/4 of an avocado. You can also choose to omit the banana all together however you may need to add in additional zero carb sweetener such as liquid stevia.

DIRECTIONS
Toss all ingredients into a blender (pumpkin, banana, ice, yogurt, sweetener, milk, and spices). Pulse ingredients until smooth.
