Scary Spice Gets Lean… REAL LEAN

     People perceive health in all different lights.  What some people think is healthy, could be completely different to another.  Scary Spice, Mel B, has been on a health kick for quite some time now.  Not only did she make her own workout video, she now has leaned down so much that she looks like a fitness model.

With sheer brawn and not an ounce of fat on her, the mum-of-two had abs that most men would kill for and could seriously look to body building as another career.

After originally slimming down by training for Dancing with the Stars (the U.S. version of Strictly Come Dancing), Mel B got her figure even further in shape with a new workout regime.

She released her fitness DVD Totally Fit: Mel B last Christmas, before embarking on a tough training schedule preparing for her Las Vegas burlesque production, which opened last month.

Called Peepshow, it features several racy outfits and has given her plenty of opportunity to show off her fit, toned figure.

 

The artist formerly known as Scary Spice, has also become a lingerie model (source).

      Personally, I think that she dehydrated herself a bit and cut her carbs to prepare for this occasion.  This is a typical thing that body builders and fitness models will do before a big event.  On a normal basis, I think she might be less ripped up and more natural looking.  For a mother of two (or for anyone), this is a huge accomplishment, more power to her!
