The Cure For Stubborn Abs

     If you haven’t tried ab straps already; then it’s time you put your stomach muscles to the test.  No one likes having a “muffin top” or an extra tire around their midsection.  So if you are doing every exercise you can think of and still not getting the results you want; then it’s time you looked into this advanced exercise to shock them into changing.  Here is a clip of one of the basic ab moves.

    Now don’t be fooled; you must have a very clean diet to get your abs to show.  Losing weight isn’t enough to see your six pack.  You must have very low body fat for your abs to stand out.  If you are interested in buying a pair, then make sure they are well padded.  Without padding they will dig into your arms.
