    If you can’t afford a trainer but your still want to challenge your body and get in shape then Men’s Health is here to help.  This popular magazine has created a program equip with video to help you fullfil your new years resolution.

Women:  Don’t be afriad of these workouts!!!  These aren’t just for men!!!  This is an excellent workout for women as well.  For long lean muscle just increase your repitions to 12-15 and decrease the weight for fat burning results!!!

I currently hold a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (exercise science), as well as all of the certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have a background in sports training as well as internships in physical therapy and Occupational Therapy.
