The biggest excuse I get from clients about thier eating habits and their workouts is TIME.   They tell me “I don’t have time to add an extra day.  I don’t have time to cook.”   However, when we take an indepth look at their days, I see that they are watching 2 hours of TV, surfing the web for 45 minutes and being unproductive for many other hours a day.   If they used this “dead time,” to focus on their health they would be a lot leaner, a lot healthier and less stressed!!!   In order to help my clients get the results they want I have turned to time management apps.  These time management apps open up their days so that they prioritize their time correctly.   Once the app opens up their time, they see that they DO have time to be healthy!

It does this better than any other app I have used.

When you open the app, it defaults to a new blank note.  It’s that simple. With 1 tap, I am ready to start typing the great idea that just crossed my mind.

The user interface is minimal, there is no bloat.  Most apps required several clicks to start a new note and get started. Even with Evernote, there are several extra actions required, including tapping in the actual text area.

With Drafts, there is no extra effort. Each time you open the app, you get a new place to capture an idea.You don’t even have to hit “Save.” Just shut your phone off or hit home  (source).
