Fast food restaurants are always releasing new dishes to make your life easier. The only problem is that this new menu item from KFC could actually make your life and your arteries harder in the long run.

If you are a woman, that is nearly half of your recommended calories for the day (if you are on a weight loss program). For most men, this is about a third of your daily calories. Now look at the fat, most women should have around 40 grams PER DAY, and for men roughly 50-60 grams. If you eat this KFC bowl you are sure to exceed your fat intake for the day.
