This is a great exercise to “turn up the heat” in your routine! It’s sure to work muscles that you didn’t know you had and burn tons of calories in an instant!
If this exercise is too advanced for you; then try putting your knees down on the floor. Make sure to keep the weights close together. If they are too far apart then they will throw you off balance. Keep your stomach in and roll your shoulder blade in as you row. To make this exercise even easier; you can use weights with edges (that aren’t round) .
