I saw this exercise and I simply couldn’t NOT post it. Women especially, love to complain about their chest slowly going south over the years. The natural solution is to build up the chest muscles, under the fat tissue to lift the skin. If you are looking to boost your muscle tissue fast then use this plyometric exercise!
I have yet to try this exercise out myself. However, I would assume that it would be best if you placed some sort of pad under your knees for comfort. Try doing 15 repititions, 3 sets!
