- Make sure you keep your knee behind your toe as you squat.
- Choose a bench that is the right height. It should be a little lower then 90 degrees.
- Always push up from the heal so that you activate your butt and hamstrings.
- As you come up to a standing position, pull your hips in and squeeze you butt. This will allow you full contraction of the glutes.
