This has to be one of my favorite exercises. It’s a full body workout, but it really works your abs, chest, and triceps. It’s an exercise you can do anywhere. It also helps to increase flexibility in the hips.
If you can’t do the kick at the end then just start with pulling the knee up towards your elbow.
FORM WATCH:
- Keep your back flat instead of rounded
- Try to keep your hips level with the floor
- Head should stay in neutral position. It should never jet forward during the push-up. If it does that you need to stretch your neck.
- Hands should be directly under the chest.
Add this exercise to your routine and watch your midsection transform. Full body exercises also burn the most amount of calories. So, if you’re in a hurry, this should be on your list.
