Tired of your office job? Can’t stand being at that darn computer all day? Get your workout in while on the job. Here some exercise to do in your little cubicle while at work.
Pick two or three exercises per day and do three sets of each exercise. You can do the whole routine if time permits.
3 sets of 15 counter push-ups, hands on desk (Chest)

3 sets of 15 sit ups (Abs)
3 sets of 20 seated or stand calve raises (Calves). See above picture.
3 sets of Chair Dips (triceps) (picture courtesy of About.com)
3 sets of 15 jumping jacks (Full Body)
3 sets of 20 arm circles (sholders)
3 sets of 20 bicep curls (biceps)
3 sets of 20 Pull downs (back)
Don’t have any weights? Try do a very slow movement and focus on contracting the muscle and resist against your own body weight.
