Jackie Warners Protein Shake

 

     Everyone wants this recipes SO I decided to post it!  It’s from Jackie Warner’s new show Thintervention.  The shake is a mix of “all things muscle” with things like amino acids, L-carnitine, and whey powder.  By popular demand, here it is…

Jackie Warner’s Protein Shake

  • 1 Scoop of Low Glycemic Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Glutamine
  • 1 tsp Branch Chain Amino Acids
  • 1 tbsp L-Carnitine
  • 1/2 tbsp Flax Seed Oil
  • 1 Cup Frozen Spinach
  • 1 Cup Fruit ( on the show it was frozen berries)

 

      The people on the show said it wasn’t “that bad.”  Try it out yourself for gaining muscle and also for muscle recovery.

    I really want to try jackies warner shake but Im so confused on what kinda whey protein to get? Im 5’2 140 just had a baby 5 months ago I have lost 25 lbs so far and 20 more to go … I went to the nutrition shop and it was sooo overwhelming .. Can you please tell me what shake would be good ?

    Try using Isopure. This has low carbs but is high protein. You can add berries and other low glycemic fruits for added interest and flavor.

    i really want to know the cal content of this shake per serving….i’ve calculated it at 220?
