I’m just kidding! He’s hot and a killer boxer, AND he’s 42! I want to be in tip top shape at that age!

Well Shane Mosley shared a few tricks to what makes him look good and fit with Men’s Health!

Don’t you love how I’m doing research on MEN’S health even though I’m a WOMEN?! I know, I do whatever I need to do to get my readers the best info!

FitTip #1 (from uber hot Mosley):Add intervals to your cardio training!

Mosley doesn’t just run on a track. He’ll do sprints going as hard as he can for 30 seconds and then do an even pace jog for 3 minutes.

Cardio done in ten minutes, after doing 3 powerful sets!:)

Um, yes please!

FitTip #2: Supplement and I’m not talking about vitamins. Switch it up. Don’t just go to the gym. Roller skate, play basketball with your boys. Just do something to give your heart and muscles some variation.

FitTip #3: Rest.

I think this is a no brainer, but we rarely do this. You need to rest people in order for your body to grow. Healthy rest equals healthy body and immune system which leads to more time to work out. You get it!
