Everyone wants to know how to get a better stomach. The Key is to EAT HEALTHY, do your ab routine in a circuit fashion and don’t forget your does of cardio.

Ab Workout Routine

1: Roman Chair Reverse Crunch (15 Reps)
2: Medicine Ball Trunk Rotations (25 Reps) (Visit the fit tip store for great prices on medicine balls)
3: Dyna Disc Crunches (15 Reps)
*Rest 30-45 Seconds Between Sets………..Repeat 3X
If you can’t do 3 rounds of this routine, then start with 1 or 2 and work yourself up. If you don’t have the disc use a pillow under the small of your back.
