Before you answer that question, let’s be honest with one another. I love any kind of BUTTER. Organic Butter, Fake Margarine “Butter”, Earth Balance’s Vegan “Butter”, but when it comes to Almond Butter and Peanut Butter I always lean towards the Peanut. Why is that?
I believe it’s because ignorance is bliss. It’s true. Do you really know the difference between the two, other than a nut? Well, that’s what I’m here for. So next time you’re at the store and you reach for your favorite butter companion for toast, you may reach for Almond instead of Peanut and here’s why.

Here’s a great way to ease into Almond Butter, I call it my Morning Fuel!
*One slice of Ezekiel toast(low sodium is the best)
*half a ripe banana
*1 tablespoon of Almond butter
*A touch of honey
Toast the slice of bread, then spread the Almond Butter, slice up the banana and place the pieces on top of the Almond Butter and then add a swivel of honey on top of all that: BOOMTOWN.
It’s delicious, gives you energy, not too sweet and it keeps you full!
One reason Almond Butter is better than Peanut Butter is because it has more fiber! More fiber means you’re fuller longer, which means you eat less, which means you look svelte more and it also helps digestion!
