Are You Following These 3 Trainer Tips?

      Think you know what you are doing when it comes to losing weight?  Even if you aren’t focused on fat loss, these weight loss tips should be a general rule for all.

1) Avoid cream based foods –Stay away from the cream based foods and similar food options, especially when you order pasta or soups. Cream based dishes have high fat content and more calories. 
 
2) Avoid pre-processed foods – One of the most important healthy weight loss tips is to avoid all forms of pre-processed or pre-packaged foods. Such foods are usually loaded with harmful preservatives and fats. 
 
3) Eat small and more frequent meals – This is one of those ‘must do’ healthy weight loss tips. Eat about 5-6 small meals through the day rather than eating a lot at a single time. This helps body’s metabolism to act efficiently and can help you lose weight (source).

 

    Out of these 3 tips I would say that eating 5 – 6 meals is probably one of the most abused rules.  It may sound simple but eating through out the day can play a huge role in your blood sugar levels.  Keeping you blood sugars steady can keep you from over eating or eating all the wrong foods.  Make sure that no matter what your goal, you keep health at the top of your “to do” list!
