Ingredients for this low carb key lime smoothie
Makes 2 servings
- 1 cup of coconut milk (try to find a low sugar version)
- 1 cup ice
- ½ avocado
- collagen powder (optional) (1 serving)
- zest and juice of 2 limes
- liquid stevia (I prefer using the vanilla flavor liquid stevia to keep the carbs extra low), or honey

Never used collagen powder? Not to worry, here are my 2 favorite brands. They are both from grass-fed beef.

Directions for low carb key lime smoothie
- Add the avocado, lime juice, collagen, sweetener, ice and coconut milk to your blender.
- Blend until smooth, drink and enjoy!
*These nutrition facts are using the Silk Pure Coconut Milk and liquid stevia sweetener. You can choose to use a coconut milk with even lower carbs to reduce the carbohydrates. Adding honey to the recipe will increase the carbohydrates.
