Blast Your Thighs In Less Then 30

    Everyone wants a workout that gets the job done in the least amount of time.  This treadmill workout is sure to get your thighs in shape in under 30 minutes.  Use this routine to maximize your cardio routine so you don’t have to spend an hour on the treadmill.

The secret to leaner thighs and legs isn’t just strength training. Partnered with a clean diet, a sound cardio regimen will help blast away any unwanted fat, revealing your hard work in the weight room. The key is to make sure you get your heart rate up and break a sweat if you want to see results. Oxygen brings our online readers an exclusive treadmill workout that will do just that. All you need is 25 minutes three or four times a week and you will be ready to rock those short shorts all year long.

 

 

      If you don’t think you can do this interval.  Then you can decrease the intensity by simply changing the speed of the treadmill to fit your level of fitness.  This routine can also be preformed on the elliptical trainer (but you must adapt it to levels verses speed). 

    Feel free to print this routine out and use it at least 1 -2 times per week.  This way, you can avoid hitting a plateau.
